Khinalig is a small mountain village situated at 2200+m. Altitude in Gudialchai valley surrounded by Tufandag 4191m, its age is more than 5,000 years. This is the highest and most isolated settlement in the Greater Caucasus mountain range, located on the border with Dagestan, 63 km from Quba. Its residents numbering about 2,000 still retain unique cultural traditions, speak their own language, and wear their own traditional clothes.

Galeykhudat village is situated at 2200+ m. İn the foothills of Gizilgaya plateau`s steep rocks, a bit away from Guba – Khinalig road/ The village has saved its antiquity. It is the only village near where its people are Azerbaijani Turks.

Tour Program:

• Setting out from the hotel at 8:00 AM with an air-conditioned car
• After reaching Khinalig village we will take 15 min. break and start to hike to Galeykhudat village. (10+km)
• Lunch in the local’s house in Galeykhudat village (Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required)
• Walking down to the car (2 km)
• Driving to the Baku
• Arriving at the hotel around 8:00 PM
