1. Booking and Reservations:

• To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 0% of the total trip cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days prior to the commencement of the tour or service.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made by clients are subject to the following refund policy:

• [3 days or more before the tour: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit]
• [2 days before the tour: 50% refund]
• [Less than 1 day before the tour: No refund]

• Outdoor Caucasus reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes and Alterations:

• While we strive to adhere to itineraries, Outdoor Caucasus reserves the right to alter routes, accommodations, or activities due to factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen events. Clients will be promptly informed of any changes.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
• It is the client's responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
• Clients are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and respect the environment and cultures of the destinations they visit.

5. Health and Safety:

• Clients must inform Outdoor Caucasus of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities.
• Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks, and clients acknowledge and accept these risks. Clients are responsible for their own safety during tours.

6. Insurance:

• We strongly recommend that clients have adequate travel insurance. Outdoor Caucasus is not liable for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

7. Liability:

• Outdoor Caucasus is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or expenses resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays.
• Clients participate in activities at their own risk.

8. Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made through bank transfers or cash. All transactions must be made in USD.

9. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Azerbaijan.
